This project develops the technology of magnetorheological ultrasonic polishing of silicon nitride ceramic roller, improves the processing efficiency of silicon nitride ceramic roller, realizes the surface of ceramic roller without crack and damage layer, improves the processing quality of ceramic roller, and the precision of ceramic roller bearing developed reaches P5 level.
