On November 2, the company's first set of high-precision slewing bearing with helical teeth was offline in LYC slewing bearing and business division, and was accepted by the user on site. The off-line of this product consolidated the company's leading position in the industry of research and development of this kind of product. Aiming at large product size, easy deformation of thin-wall machining, high processing difficulty of external tooth precision requirements, LYC, combined with the previous processing experience, planned the process route and processing scheme in advance. Particularly in the processing of oblique teeth, in order to meet the technical requirements of users, the division designed the processing plan according to the quality control and guided the production on site to ensure the smooth processing of products.

The user's representative tested and accepted the product on-site that day. The precision of the product is up to P5 level. The technical requirement of end surface run-out is 0.14mm, but the actual is only 0.02mm, which is more accurate than required. High product quality is highly appraised by the user representative.
