Temperature limits

Permitted working temperature of deep groove ball bearing depend on：

Dimension stability of bearing ring and steel ball

Material of cage

Material of sealing

Lubricant

When the temperature exceed the working temperature range, please contact with LYC project service department.

Bearing ring and steel ball

Normal deep groove ball bearing can working stably under the temperature of 120°C (250°F).

Cage

The temperature of steel，brass is the same as bearing ring and steel ball. Temperature limiting value of other polymer material cage， please refer to cage material.

Sealing part

Sealing part permitted working temperature depends on material：

NBR sealing part：from -40 to +100 °C，even can bear 120 °C in short times.

FKM sealing ring：from-30 to +230 °C(-20 to +445 °F)
