Cage-Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Most cages for LYC’s single row cylindrical roller bearings are pressed steel cages or machined brass cages. According to different working conditions and customers' requirements, cages with other design and structure could be supplied, e.g.glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66, which can works continuously at the maximum temperature +120℃.

Under continuous high temperatures or bad conditions, steel pressed cages and machined brass cages are recommended for single row cylindrical roller bearings.

Normally cage materials of LYC’s double (four)-row cylindrical roller bearings are machined brass cages. For bearings with extra-large size, welded steel cages also can be selected.
